1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Dark Theory ("Company"), you ("Client") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. SERVICES AND DELIVERY

SUBSCRIPTION-BASED SERVICES

Dark Theory shall provide ongoing iterative design services with the following terms:

• Deliverables shall be completed within twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) hours of request submission;
• Service includes continuous client communication and feedback throughout the design process;
• Monthly prepayment required for service continuation.

ONE-OFF PROJECT SERVICE

Dark Theory shall provide phase-based design services with the following terms:

• Specific deliverables shall be itemized and detailed in the project brief;
• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables shall be determined based on project type and complexity;
• Payment structure follows a fifty percent (50%) deposit and fifty percent (50%) completion model.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary supporting information to execute and complete creative work, including but not limited to:

• Documents
  • Strategy
  • Roadmap
• Stock images & videos
